HD-YTB Pharmaceutical Aluminum Foil Printing and Coating Machine
1、 Equipment usage:
This machine is dedicated to the printing and coating of PTP pharmaceutical aluminum foil. It can complete three color front printing, OP agent coating, VC adhesive coating in one go, as well as four-color front printing of aluminum foil or pharmaceutical flexible packaging plastic film in one go.
2、 Main configuration and performance characteristics:
1. High strength gray iron casting wall, casting base, secondary stress relief treatment, six sided precision milling processing, with high shock absorption and high stability.
2. The guide rollers outside the drying channel are made of high-quality aluminum alloy material.
3. The unwinding adopts an inflatable shaft for winding, magnetic powder brake for braking, and automatic constant tension control.
4. Pneumatic embossing, pneumatic scraper.
5. Tri color (or four-color) positive printing computer version.
6. Tri color printed shaftless version.
7. The OP coating station can be freely switched to the fourth color positive printing and added to the computer for plate alignment.
8. Pure hot air drying, automatic temperature control, zone management.
9. The upper drying oven is equipped with side doors that can be manually opened, a partitioned drying oven top cover, and pneumatic opening.
10. Equipped with photoelectric correction to ensure neat winding.
11. The winding adopts inflatable shaft winding, magnetic powder clutch drive, and automatic constant tension control.
12. The main power system is driven by two AC motors and controlled by a master-slave frequency converter (imported from Japan).
13. Centralized discharge of waste outdoors, zoning management, and zoning control.
14. Three sided surround walkway and guardrail, with high-level protective panel decoration.
